1. About These Terms
These terms govern enquiries, quotations and supply of goods by Al Shola Auto Spare Parts LLC (Dubai Government Trade Licence No. 1560955). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations & Stock
- Prices and availability are confirmed at the time of enquiry and may change without notice until an order is accepted.
- Stock is subject to prior sale. We confirm live availability before you commit.
- Where you provide a VIN or chassis number, we verify fitment before dispatch to help you get the correct part the first time. While we provide this VIN-matching support, final responsibility for confirming part specifications and fitment before installation rests with the purchaser.
3. Parts Grades
We supply parts in three clearly stated grades: Genuine (manufacturer-branded), OEM (original-equipment-equivalent), and quality Aftermarket. The grade and price of each item are confirmed before purchase. Aftermarket parts are not manufactured or endorsed by the vehicle marque.
4. Orders & Payment
- An order is accepted once we confirm price, grade and availability and receive agreed payment or credit-term approval.
- Trade and fleet customers may be offered account terms at our discretion.
5. Delivery & Export
- Local delivery within the industrial area is offered subject to location and order value.
- Export orders are supplied on agreed Incoterms (e.g. FOB) with commercial invoices and documentation. Import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer on dispatch from our facility, or on arrival at the agreed port/courier collection point for export orders.
6. Returns & Warranty
- Parts confirmed against a VIN/chassis number and fitted are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Electrical and consumable items are non-returnable once installed or opened.
- Any manufacturer warranty on genuine/OEM parts is passed through as provided by the maker.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for labour, downtime or consequential losses arising from incorrect information provided to us about the vehicle.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
